Please read this document carefully before using the 8fafafa platform. By registering or using any part of our platform, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions stated below.

2. Account Creation, Security & Account Policy
Each user is permitted to hold one account only. Registering more than one account under the same individual is prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full name, a valid Malaysian phone number, and any other required details.
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and login credentials confidential. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. Please contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. 8fafafa will never ask for your password through any channel.
8fafafa reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice if there is a breach of these terms, suspected fraud, illegal activity, or behaviour that compromises the security of the platform or other users. Account closure decisions are final, subject to internal review.
8fafafa reserves the right to request additional identity verification at any time, particularly prior to processing withdrawals or in situations that require confirmation of user information. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary account suspension.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
As a user of the 8fafafa platform, you agree to use the platform solely for lawful purposes and within the limits permitted by these terms and applicable Malaysian law.
You are strictly prohibited from:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any unauthorised method to access or interact with the platform.
- Taking any action that could damage, disable, or disrupt the operation of the platform or our servers.
- Sharing your account with another individual or allowing a third party to access your account.
- Cheating, falsifying information, or engaging in any fraudulent conduct that harms the platform or other users.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.
- Spreading content that is seditious, defamatory, or infringes on the rights of other users.
Violating any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account closure and appropriate legal action.
4. Payment Information & Transactions in MYR
All financial transactions on 8fafafa are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The following rules and important information apply to deposits, withdrawals, and transactions.
Deposits must be made using a valid payment method and in the name of the registered user only. Deposits from third-party sources are not accepted. All deposits are subject to the minimum and maximum limits set by the platform.
Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, subject to successful identity verification. Processing times depend on the chosen method and may take 1–5 business days in certain circumstances.
8fafafa reserves the right to hold, review, or cancel any transaction suspected of fraud, money laundering, or violation of platform policies. Users will be notified if their transaction is held for further review.
Important Note: 8fafafa is not responsible for any fees charged by your bank or third-party payment provider. We recommend reviewing your payment provider's terms before making any transaction.
